GREAT OCEAN ROAD

We'll embark on a scenic journey along the Great Ocean Road, one of Australia's most iconic coastal drives. This breathtaking route offers stunning vistas of rugged cliffs, secluded beaches, and lush rainforests. As we wind our way along the coast, we'll stop at several iconic landmarks, including the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, and the Gibson Steps.

The Twelve Apostles are a series of limestone stacks that rise majestically from the ocean, creating a truly awe-inspiring sight. We'll have the opportunity to admire these natural wonders from various viewpoints and even take a short walk along the beach to get closer to the stacks. At Loch Ard Gorge, we'll learn about the tragic shipwreck of the SS Loch Ard and explore the secluded beach where survivors washed ashore.

After visiting the Twelve Apostles, we'll continue our journey along the Great Ocean Road, stopping at the Gibson Steps to descend to a secluded beach and admire the towering cliffs from below. We'll also have the opportunity to spot koalas in the eucalyptus trees along the way.

At the end of the day, we'll arrive in the charming coastal town of Lorne, where we'll spend the night. Lorne offers a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and a variety of accommodation options. You can enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the local restaurants or simply unwind and soak up the coastal vibe.
